No tracking

Rollcall doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or third party trackers, and our fonts are served from our own website. Your browser only stores what the service needs to work, so there is nothing to accept or decline, and no cookie banner.

What your browser stores

• Signing in to Rollcall: keeps you signed in on this device until you sign out.
• Your work in Rollcall: saves the app’s settings and any invitation you are accepting, on this device.
• Your fan hub: remembers your Fan Pass on this device, so the hub opens it.
• Presales: keeps the presale page working during your visit. Cleared when you close the tab.
• Connecting a Shopify store: a short lived cookie that protects the connection from forgery. Set only while a store is being connected, and gone within 15 minutes.

Clearing it

You can clear any of this at any time in your browser’s settings. You will then need to sign in again, or open your Fan Pass from its email or link.

If this changes

If we ever want to use cookies that aren’t needed for the service, such as analytics, we will ask you first, and update this page.
