The fan ledger for live events

Every fan,
counted.

For gigs, festivals, matchdays and tours. Wherever there’s a crowd and a merch stand, Rollcall helps you get to know the people in it: who they are, what they bought and what they said yes to. Gathered with consent, and owned by you.

The quiet problem in live events

Tonight, a thousand people will walk past your merch stand or buy from it. By tomorrow, you won’t know a single one of them.

Artists, festivals, clubs and comedians sell out rooms and shift merch every night, but the relationship belongs to someone else. The night ends with a revenue figure and no names.

People, not numbers

Not 3,906 fans. Maya, Theo, Priya and 3,903 more.

Every scan at the stand is someone who travelled, queued and chose to say hello. Rollcall remembers what they told you and what they did, with their consent, so the next message sounds like it came from someone who was there.

How it works

From the QR code to the record, on its own.

Watch a fan go from the QR code to their record in 46 seconds, then see each step below.

01 · Join
Fans join from the bio link or QR codes around the venue.
They get a personal pass carrying whatever reward you choose to give. Money off is one option, not the only one.
Money offFree giftExclusivesEarly accessStamp cardPrize draw
02 · Wallet
Their pass lands in Apple or Google Wallet, and stays.
One pass per fan, kept for good, with the discount for the show they’re going to. Before every show it updates itself with the date, their reward and their stamps, so there’s nothing new to download next tour.

Drops, straight to the lock screen
Send a message, picture, video or link to fans’ Fan Passes, now or at a set time: everyone, one show’s crowd, or your biggest spenders. Fans who said yes get it on their lock screen, and every open and tap lands on their record.
Presales that reward the fans who turn up
Fans register with their Fan Pass and choose their cities. Fans who came to the shows go first, then pass holders, then new sign ups, with a fair, checkable lottery inside each wave. Codes land on the pass, in the fan hub and by email, and Face Value checks every one at checkout.

Content money can’t buy
Offer a first look at the set list, behind the scenes from the tour and post show highlights. Each is a ready made drop: the set list reaches that night’s crowd at doors, and highlights go only to fans who scanned in, the morning after. A reason to scan, every show.

Emails that send themselves
Eleven emails, built for every artist and sent as them through Klaviyo: a welcome, the show day reminder, thanks for coming, after the stand, missed the desk, win back, three for presales and two for chart week. Each one uses the artist’s own colours, photos and products, with the products filled straight from your best sellers at the merch desk.

Chart week, aimed at real fans
Release day reaches every fan who hasn’t bought yet, on their Fan Pass and by email, with a last call before Thursday’s cut off. Buyers are never nagged. Album pre-orders can unlock presale priority, and you see every day’s store sales against your target, with bulk buys flagged before the chart compilers find them.

Works with your POS
Backline POSShopify POS
Built in for Backline POS and Shopify POS, with more tills on the way. Rollcall connects to the till you already use. Each sale lands on the right fan the moment it’s paid, sales without a pass still count, and totals flow into Tidemark Touring for restocking and settlement. Each fan’s discount is for the show they’re going to: at any other show they’re still recognised and counted, and a manager can override. On Shopify POS, staff scan the Fan Pass from the Rollcall tile: the fan’s details appear, their discount applies, and the sale lands on their profile. Shopify stores install Rollcall in a few clicks.

Why it matters

Owned beats rented.

An asset that travels
Algorithms change and platforms change hands. A consented list with real behaviour behind it moves with you from one event to the next.
The moment of highest intent
These fans paid to be in the room and they’re reaching for their wallet. A fan you meet at the stand is worth more than any follower.
Proof wins the next deal
Walk into label, sponsor and promoter conversations with evidence: who came, where from, and what they bought.
Compliance built in
Consent recorded for each party, under 16 protections, erasure on request, and every action in the audit trail. Unsubscribes and erasures stay in step with Klaviyo. No grey areas when a label, venue or sponsor asks.
Who it’s for

Made for the people who load in, sell out and settle up.

If there’s a crowd and a merch stand, there’s a list to build. Rollcall works the same at a club gig, a festival field or a stadium concourse.
